We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Site and use our content and free resources for your personal use and internal use within your own business. You must not, without our prior written consent:
reproduce, republish or distribute our content or resources, in original or modified form, for any commercial purpose, including within paid programs, courses, client deliverables or products of your own;
present our frameworks, models or methodologies as your own or remove attribution from our materials;
scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the Site, including for the purpose of training machine learning or AI models; or
use our name, logos or branding.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with the Site’s operation or security, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data, to transmit malicious code, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation. You must not submit false or misleading information in any application or form on the Site.
6. Free resources
Free resources are provided in exchange for the contact details you submit, which we handle under our Privacy Policy. Resources are provided as-is for your education, are general in nature, and are subject to the intellectual property terms in section 4. We may update or withdraw any resource at any time.
7. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party websites and use third-party tools (such as booking and scheduling services). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content or their practices. Links are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the Site will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will be posted on this page with its effective date, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
9. Consumer guarantees and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Subject to that:
the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we exclude all other representations, warranties and guarantees, whether express or implied;
we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or loss of data arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on its content; and
where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our election, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied, and our total aggregate liability in connection with the Site is otherwise limited to AUD $100.
You are responsible for decisions you make in your business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from business decisions made in reliance on general content published on this Site.
10. Indemnity
You indemnify us against any loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal costs) we suffer arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site, except to the extent we caused or contributed to the loss.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if you breach these Terms. Sections 3, 4, 9, 10 and 13 survive termination.
13. General
If any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder continues in effect. A failure by us to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours as part of a restructure or sale of the business.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
