Our website, content and marketing include specific revenue figures, client outcomes and case studies. We publish real numbers because vague promises help nobody. This page explains exactly how to read them, what they do and do not mean, and what your results will actually depend on. It forms part of our Website Terms & Conditions.

Every client result, case study and figure published on this site describes the actual experience of a real client or of our founder’s own businesses. Before publication, figures are verified with the client or against our records, and we publish them with the client’s consent.
However:
They are not typical results. The clients we feature are selected because their outcomes are instructive, and often exceptional. They do not represent the average experience of our clients, and no average or expected result is implied by publishing them.
They are not a promise or prediction of your results. Nothing on this site is a representation, warranty or guarantee that you will achieve any particular revenue, growth, profit or other outcome by working with us, using our frameworks, or applying anything we publish.
Past performance does not indicate future results. This applies to our clients’ results, and to the results of our founder’s previous businesses.

3. How to read our numbers
Unless expressly stated otherwise, revenue figures published on this site refer to cash collected, not profit, and not accrued or contracted revenue. Figures described as “run rate” describe a monthly rate at a point in time, not a guaranteed annual amount. Figures described as “projected”, “on track for” or “trajectory” are forward-looking estimates based on performance at the time of writing; they are inherently uncertain, they are not assured, and actual outcomes may differ materially.
Where a result is attributed to a timeframe (for example, “in the first four months”), that timeframe reflects that client’s engagement and circumstances, not a standard timeline.
4. Testimonials and case studies
Testimonials and case studies on this site reflect the genuine views and experiences of the individuals who provided them. Clients are not paid or given incentives in exchange for testimonials. Individual experiences vary, and a featured client’s experience is not evidence that you will have the same one. Some case studies use first names only, or omit identifying details, at the client’s request.
5. What results actually depend on
Business outcomes depend overwhelmingly on factors specific to you and outside our control, including your starting point, market, offer, pricing, execution and consistency, team, financial position, the time and effort you invest, and economic conditions. Two businesses given identical guidance will get different results. Any business, including yours, can lose money, and businesses working with advisors of any kind can and do fail. You alone are responsible for the decisions you make in your business, including the decision to work with us.
6. Not professional advice
Content on this site is general information and education. It is not financial product advice, and it is not business, legal, accounting or tax advice tailored to you. Before making significant business or financial decisions, obtain advice from qualified professionals who can assess your specific circumstances.
7. Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. This disclaimer defines the scope of what we represent about results; it does not take away statutory rights.
